Jen-
So Josh was put to the task of creating Beckhams birth announcements using some Adobe programs we have on our computer using some pictures my friend Melissa took of Beckham. Anyhow, Josh got the announcement done and I uploaded it to Walmarts website so I could run down to the store to pick up the finished product. Anyhow, I go down to Wally world to pick up the photos and the girl at the counter told me I could not have them because they were under copyright from the photographer, mind you Melissa does an awesome job but is not a professional. When I explained to her that my friend and I took the pictures at my house and she is not a professional photographer, she said that Melissa would have to come in and sign a copyright release. I was so mad! No matter what I said she would not release the announcements to me. After my encounter with her I called Josh to have him call in and take care of it. Anyhow, Josh called and cussed her out and explained that he was the artist who threw the pictures together and created the announcement. Anyhow a couple minutes later I had the pictures in my hand and the snotty girl was trying to make me feel bad saying she would lose her job.
Anyhow, If you are good at taking pictures or working Adobe Photoshop, beware! Walmart thinks that if a picture looks good that automatically means it is copyrighted and they will not release it to you.
Anyhow, go to Costco to get pictures developed. Walmart Sucks!

You are so funny. I would of just assaulted the girl and walked off. That would of been awesome. Love ya Jen then announcements look great. Good job josh.
The pix of Beckham turned out beautiful!! Both you and your friend are lucky to have one another. As for Walmart I've had the same experience so I use Costco to develop my pix.
Hi Jen. I have to agree with you when it comes to Walmart...Walmart and I aren't friends. Cute pics and we are glad you have a blog.
